These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Noyoyo app ("App") provided by Obvio s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our").

We are not liable for any actions you take or any consequences resulting from your use of the App.

5. Data & Privacy

Your data is synced to our servers, and we use third-party analytics and crashlytics services. We don't sell any of your data or track you for ad purposes. 6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranty

We provide the App on an "as is" basis without any warranty or guarantee of any kind. 7. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Slovakia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Slovakia.

The App is currently free and without ads, but we reserve the right to change, update or introduce new features, pricing, or advertisements at any time. We will notify users of significant changes but recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions and the App periodically for any updates.
